If water and glycerin are the first two ingredients followed by a bunch of things you can't pronounce, you're probably paying for fancy packaging.

Patch Material

Hydrogel patches are my strong preference over bio-cellulose or cotton. Hydrogel patches conform to the under-eye area better, stay in place without sliding, and deliver ingredients more effectively because the gel itself is infused with actives rather than just soaked in serum.

Fit and Adhesion

Fragrance
